Advisor – Corrections Operations & Government Services
Role Purpose
Provide strategic guidance and credibility to CERT as it scales correctional facility services, without interfering in daily operations or decision-making authority.
Scope of Engagement
Advisors serve in a non-operational, non-fiduciary capacity. This role is designed to strengthen CERT’s strategy, market positioning, and institutional credibility, not to manage staff or direct day-to-day execution.
Maintenance Support Lead
Role Purpose
Prevent small facility issues from becoming expensive failures.
Core Responsibilities

Manage preventative maintenance schedules

Track work orders and response times
-
Coordinate subcontractors when required

Document repairs, costs, and downtime

Identify recurring failures and root causes
Compliance & Reporting Manager
Role Purpose
Protect CERT by making performance visible, provable, and auditable.
Core Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
-
Track KPIs and contract compliance
-
Support audits and inspections
-
Verify invoice accuracy and service validation
-
Maintain documentation for renewals and expansions
Laundry & Uniform Lead
Control the uniform and laundry system end-to-end with zero loss, zero infestation, and zero excuses.
Core Responsibilities

Manage uniform exchange cycles and counts

Track inventory, repairs, replacements, and loss
-
Coordinate washing, sanitation, and pest treatment
-
Ensure fixed turnaround schedules are met

Maintain documentation and accountability logs
-
Identify breakdowns in the system and correct them immediately
Supply & Inventory Coordinator
Control all consumable supplies so facilities never run short and budgets never spiral.
Core Responsibilities

Manage intake and indigent kits
-
Track recurring supply usage and replenishment

Maintain inventory counts and reorder schedules
-
Prevent shrink, loss, and over-ordering

Coordinate deliveries and storage
-
Ensure pricing and usage align with contract terms
Operations Manager (Field Control)
Own daily execution of CERT services inside assigned facilities. This role exists to make sure nothing slips, nothing stalls, and nothing gets explained away.
Core Responsibilities

Enforce CERT SOPs across all services

Coordinate laundry, pest, supplies, and maintenance schedules

Serve as primary on-site contact for facility leadership

Identify failures early and correct them before escalation

Verify service completion and quality daily
-
Resolve operational issues without excuses or delays
